STEP 1

How to make chocolate cake in a cup in 5 minutes in the microwave? Prepare your food. It may take a little more milk, they will need to thin the dough if it is too thick. Take refined, odorless oil. You can increase or decrease the amount of sugar depending on your taste.
STEP 2

Place all dry ingredients - flour, cocoa, sugar and baking powder - into a bowl. Mix them until smooth. I will specifically do everything with a fork, simulating non-kitchen conditions. In general, you can use a whisk.
STEP 3

Pour milk into the bowl of the dry mixture, then vegetable oil. Beat in the egg. Stir the dough until completely homogeneous. It will take you very little time, no more than a minute.
STEP 4

The finished dough should be smooth and fluid, like liquid sour cream. If it turns out thick, then pour in a little milk. I added another spoon.
STEP 5

Take suitable cups. Make sure that they do not have gold or silver rims - such cups can start sparking in the microwave. Pour the dough into cups, filling them 2/3 of the volume, no more - the dough grows a lot during baking and can run away. I got two cups, 100 and 150 ml.
STEP 6

Cook the muffins one at a time on high power for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on your microwave. In mine, the cake was baked for 4 minutes at 700W. Check readiness with a toothpick - it will come out dry from the middle. Remove the cup carefully; it may be hot.
STEP 7

Serve the chocolate cake in the same cup in which it was baked. You can decorate the top with whipped cream, berries, and chocolate. Bon appetit!
