Cake Gorka

This is an incredibly easy baby cake recipe that requires no baking or refrigeration. It is eaten immediately as soon as it is cooked. To make it twice as fun, you can make the Gorka cake (I used Russian corn sticks for it) together with your children - a lot of fun and good mood will be provided for the whole day.

Is THIS a cake? The recipe is weird. Outwardly, it looks as if dozens of “potato” cakes were sculpted on top of each other until they formed a mound. Not only is it unpleasant to look at, but also corn sticks in boiled toffee... It’s an abomination, how can you eat this?

The cake turns out to be very tasty and airy, it melts in your mouth, the main thing is to choose the right toffee. The children really like it, I make it often, I’ll post pictures the other day.
