I haven't tried these braids yet. We need to fix this! I always have 150-200 g of cottage cheese left, which languishes on the shelf of the refrigerator until I put them into some kind of dough!

I baked it this morning. Fragrant, tasty, wonderful! The youngest son appreciated it with a bang! The dough is golden brown, crispy, and tender inside. Before sprinkling with nuts, I brushed the buns with an egg shaken with milk. It turned out beautiful. I added it to the QC and will bake it again! There is only an inaccuracy in the recipe that confused me. Milk is not listed in the ingredients, I started making the dough, but in the recipe description, in paragraph 2 it says: add cottage cheese, milk... What kind of milk are we talking about?!!! I made it without milk and it worked. Or do you still need milk, how much? Where is the mistake: in the text or in the ingredients?
