I used lard for cooking with a good layer of meat, it turned out great!!! Tender, soft, and with garlic, absolutely delicious! It ended very quickly!

My parents also often make lard using this recipe - it turns out very tasty. and sometimes dad does it a little differently: he makes a marinade, boils it and puts lard into the boiling marinade and turns it off. The lard is kept in this marinade until it cools completely. Then he stuffs this lard with garlic, sprinkles various herbs on top and wraps it in foil. and put it in the oven for half an hour or an hour until you get tired - it turns out delicious!
