Banana Chips with Cayenne Pepper

Sweet and delicious banana chips are an ideal alternative to potato chips! We are accustomed to the fact that chips come only from potato chips and are sold exclusively in stores. I learned this culinary recipe for banana chips from a friend and comrade and was very surprised that such a wonderful dish can be prepared with your own hands. When I made them, I really liked them. I recommend making them for you too, you won’t regret it! These banana chips are delicious!

Unfortunately, the recipe does not indicate the temperature and time for cooking the chips in the oven. I was afraid to use pepper and salt, so I just sprinkled them with a little powdered sugar. I thought about making chips with a more classic taste. As a result, I baked them at 220 degrees for 15 minutes, they began to burn on the sides, and tasted rubbery (where they weren’t burnt). This is clearly visible in the photograph
