Baked potatoes with tomatoes
A very tasty and aromatic snack that many will like!
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

First, let's prepare all the ingredients.
STEP 2

Cut the potatoes into slices 0.5 cm thick. Pass the garlic through a press and sprinkle it on top of the potatoes.
STEP 3

Cut the tomatoes into slices and place them on the potatoes. Mix garlic, sunflower oil, chopped parsley, pepper and salt to taste and grease on top.
STEP 4

Place in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 170 degrees. Bake until done, then place on a plate and serve. Baked potatoes with tomatoes are ready. Bon appetit!

Somehow I have a suspicion that in 35 minutes the tomatoes will burn out! To prepare this dish CORRECTLY, you need to boil the potatoes until half cooked, cut them, then cover them with tomato slices and bake for 10 minutes!

Christina, of course, I don’t know the specifics of your oven, but I have a suspicion that the time indicated is not entirely correct. And then, the combination of potatoes and tomatoes, potatoes do not cook well in an acidic environment, but you put a raw slice of tomato on top of raw potatoes, do you really end up with soft, baked potatoes?
