Somehow I have a suspicion that in 35 minutes the tomatoes will burn out! To prepare this dish CORRECTLY, you need to boil the potatoes until half cooked, cut them, then cover them with tomato slices and bake for 10 minutes!

Christina, of course, I don’t know the specifics of your oven, but I have a suspicion that the time indicated is not entirely correct. And then, the combination of potatoes and tomatoes, potatoes do not cook well in an acidic environment, but you put a raw slice of tomato on top of raw potatoes, do you really end up with soft, baked potatoes?
