I won’t say that the recipe in it is a repetition of the book, but this does not make the food any less tasty. First time I tried such a dish! There's definitely something about fried green tomatoes. But they don’t work as an independent dish - they’re too sour. But we ate it with mashed potatoes in the evening. This is an option from the “everything at hand” series, and if you have nothing but green tomatoes to snack on, you can safely fry it.

Parra, we also eat these fried tomatoes with crushed tomatoes. They fly away at the table! For a separate side dish, you need to take really green tomatoes, not salted or pickled.
