Hello Daria))) I was visiting and they offered me adjika made from plums for the barbecue. I want to say the combination is fantastic. I’ll definitely make it!

Adjika is a spicy, spicy oriental dish in itself. I’ve never tried it with plums, but now, thanks to your recipe, I’ll definitely try to make it. By the way, I always put such dishes in small jars (from baby puree), because... when adjika fizzles out, the taste is no longer the same. And so he opened it, ate it, and that’s it.

Rylinsa, you made me laugh, what kind of dish is this? Adjika is a seasoning; it is not eaten separately, it is only added to other dishes, spread on bread, and so on.

Daria, I want to thank you for such a wonderful recipe. I have always prepared adjika from peppers and tomatoes, or tkemali only from plums, but I prepared it according to your recipe for the first time and today I opened the first jar, rolled up in the summer. Simply a great sauce for meat. I'll stock up on them for use in the future. Thanks a lot

Anait, is this meat with adjika for lunch? It’s very tasty, the adjika is so shiny and shimmering, but I’m generally silent about the meat - just meaty yum)))
