To properly cook beef udders, remember the simple process. If it is frozen, defrost it completely on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator, slowly. The offal should be cut into pieces or cut, squeeze out the remaining milk with your hands and wash well. Fill with cold water and leave for at least five hours (or more, changing the water). Place in a saucepan and cook for about an hour, adding the onion, herbs (tied in cheesecloth), peppercorns and garlic with carrots. When ready, remove and cool. From now on, you can cut into slices and eat (with sauces, for example). Recipes that include beef udder are very diverse. The simplest thing is salads.
