I remember how, as a child, I stood on a stool next to my grandmother, watching how she masterfully prepared her signature dishes. These moments are imbued with love and the smells of fresh herbs that excite the imagination. Family has always been the center of my world, and the kitchen is the heart of our home. Traveling to different parts of the world, I absorbed inspiration from many cuisines, from the spices of India to the lightness of Mediterranean cuisine. My goal is to show that anyone can cook. The main thing is desire and a little imagination. Let's explore the world of cooking together!
