From early childhood, I remember how the cozy aroma of freshly baked bread and berry jam always reigned in my grandmother’s kitchen. We gathered as a family, sharing not only food, but also stories. These moments taught me to appreciate every ingredient and turn ordinary products into real culinary masterpieces. Traveling around the world, I fell in love with different cuisines, and each one was able to add a piece of inspiration to my recipes. My goal is to show that anyone can cook and to make cooking accessible and joyful for everyone who wants to bring warmth into their home.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Tokyo Seishin Culinary Academy.
