wow! very aromatic and tasty marinade! I have downloaded a bunch of tables on the compatibility of spices and foods, but have not yet gotten the hang of using them. It’s always easier to use something that’s already prepared, rather than making it up yourself. thanks for the marinade. Thanks to you, we have another new favorite dish for country evenings. I agree that this marinade can be eaten without fish, just with bread or pita bread :))))

Well, yes, indeed, the aroma of this marinade is a little harsh, but what an amazing fish it turns out! The swampy fishy smell was gone, just a continuous tasty piece of fish meat!
