Unleavened flatbread in the oven

A simple recipe for ordinary flatbreads is an excellent base for snacks. I found the recipe for these flatbreads in an old Soviet-era cookbook. They are somewhat reminiscent of khachapuri, but this is more of an Armenian dish - they have flatbreads made from unleavened dough much more often.

The recipe is, so to speak, for gourmets. Hot, they can be served with hot sweet tea, and cold, they are an excellent snack; when they cool down, they do not get stale at all, the dough remains soft. And thanks to the cheese with herbs, they are not at all dry. In a word !!!

These flatbreads are simply gorgeous! Just the way I like them. More greens are the main thing))) I’ll definitely try to make them today) Otherwise, I’m drooling when I look at this delicious recipe)

Well, wonderful flatbreads, what can I say, I always want to try these, they are good both hot and cold too. Pleasant taste, not greasy, the filling is so delicious - cheese, garlic, herbs, it looks great when split. Well, thank you very much to the author, a very useful recipe.
