Tyrolean pie with apricot filling

Apricots give all their sweet aroma and taste to this pie. If you have never tried Tyrolean pies, it’s time to start by trying to make this recipe yourself. For those who are not in the know, let me clarify that the birthplace of Tyrolean pies is Austria. They come in a variety of different fillings; the only thing that all recipes have in common is crumbly shortbread dough and fresh fruits. The dough is shortbread. So if you eat a biscuit and they tell you that this food is nothing more than a Tyrolean cake from Austrian cuisine, do not believe it. By the way, store-bought pies contain spices, for example, cardamom and cloves.

I tried to bake a Tyrolean pie before, but it turned out glitchy. I tried everything: I changed the proportions of sugar and flour, did not sprinkle the apricots with sugar, but nothing worked. But with you I succeeded. Thanks for the recipe! I put it in a cookbook - such a convenient service, all the recipes in one place!

I posted step-by-step photos, the pie turned out just delicious!! I baked it for a little less time than in the recipe, the first part was 7 minutes, and the second part was 35, it probably depends on the oven. In general, it took about 50 minutes to prepare. Thanks for the recipe))
