Steamed herring in a slow cooker
Steamed fish is a tender, tasty, low-calorie dish. When serving, place the fish on lettuce leaves and garnish with vegetables and lemon.

Cooking time: 30 mins
STEP 1
Prepare the necessary products. To prepare fish according to this recipe, we will need wood chips for smoking; it will give the fish a special aroma. Any fish can be used. Clean the fish, rinse, sprinkle with lemon juice and rub with your favorite fish spices.
STEP 2
Pour the wood chips into the multicooker bowl (one handful of wood chips is enough) and fill with water.
STEP 3
Grease a container for steaming with vegetable oil and place the prepared fish in it.
STEP 4
Place the container with fish in the multicooker, close the lid and select the “steam” mode, cooking time 20 minutes
STEP 5
After the specified time, our steamed fish is ready. Bon appetit!

Hello Sancto! A very interesting trick with wood chips, I didn’t even know that you can easily put it in a slow cooker, I’ll have to try it - I love steamed fish very much. Remove the packaging or close the manufacturer, so the conditions will not be accepted for the competition or paid conditions. Well done for starting to film, we are waiting for the continuation!
