To preserve the creamy taste, gelatin must be poured with a small amount of water and the liquid with gelatin dissolved in it must be thoroughly stirred into the sour cream, otherwise lumps may appear in the dessert.

To decorate the delicacy, select any berries or fruits; you can supplement them with jam or thick preserves.

Just right for my taste). But everyone's tastes are different, so try it. I have regular gelatin, which needs to be soaked. I poured boiled water over it, waited until it swelled and heated it in the microwave. I whipped sour cream with chilled gelatin. The mixture turned out to be liquid, it is convenient to pour it from a jug with a spout. The dessert spent a couple of hours in the refrigerator and froze perfectly. The consistency is similar to an airy soufflé! The dessert is light and delicate, very tasty!
