How to make dessert from sour cream and gelatin? Prepare the indicated products. You can choose sour cream for dessert of any fat content: 15%, 20% or low fat. When choosing a homemade product, remember that it contains more than 35% fat! If desired, replace gelatin with agar-agar, sugar with honey of any kind. To decorate the delicacy, select any berries or fruits; you can supplement them with jam or thick preserves.
STEP 2

Combine granulated sugar and gelatin in a deep bowl or bowl. You can add a little ground cinnamon, add a couple of drops of vanilla or citrus essence.

Pour hot water into the container and thoroughly stir the bulk ingredients. Leave for 5 minutes for the gelatin to swell, and stir thoroughly again until completely dissolved.

Place the sour cream in a deep container. You can leave it overnight if you create the treat in the evening and vice versa - until the evening if you create it in the morning!
STEP 6

After the specified time, the dessert will completely harden. You can check this by turning the bowl over or tilting it to one side. The jelly will not spread, will not move, and will retain its shape.
STEP 7

Decorate the treat to your liking: berries, fruits, fresh mint leaves, colorful sprinkles, grated chocolate, etc. It is best served during the day rather than at night. Sour cream dessert is ideally refreshing in the summer heat, which is why this milky sweet is most often prepared in the summer.
