Soup eggs flour onions

A very tasty and appetizing soup, especially recommended for children! Make egg soup for your children and you won't regret it for a minute. The fact that they have a whole boiled egg without the shell floating in their plate will puzzle them and give you a few minutes of respite from the eternal “why?” And the recipe itself is not difficult, although no, it’s not true, it was only on the 8th attempt that I learned to pour an egg into the soup so that it would then be completely boiled. But all this is a lyrical digression from the cooking process.

Thanks for the recipe. The soup is truly incredibly simple. I love scrambled eggs along with tomatoes and sausage. And here you get almost the same ingredients only in the form of soup. Thank you!!! Appreciate this option too.

Very simple and tasty soup! At first I didn’t really like the recipe, but when I finally decided to cook it at home, it turned out very tasty! Our son is 1 year and 10 months old, I prepared soup for him and didn’t miss a beat! He like it very much! I ate even more than usual!

The name intrigued me, but after reading the recipe, the question arose for me, and not for a child under one year old. Why whole eggs, so that it would be more difficult for mom to feed? Sometimes I add beaten eggs to soups instead of meat as whites. And this is an idea for a poached egg soup for older children, and it seems to me that it’s better to add a poached egg to the vegetable soup already on the plate. And one egg is not soup. No offense, just expressing their opinion
