So, based on garlic donuts, this recipe came out. I just put 2 heaped teaspoons of honey into the dough. The dough turned out sweetish. Therefore, we had to redo everything on the go. But I like garlic ones better. Still, the sweet dough does not last long - it becomes stale. They are good to eat on the same day.

The buns are truly excellent! Not at all difficult to prepare. Of course, I resorted to using a bread machine, but still, I think the kneading is not difficult. Finished it in an hour and a half. And I got a distinct smell of garlic after about 15 minutes))) That’s why I fried the garlic until lightly browned. I used dill instead of parsley because my family loves it more. Thanks for the great recipe!
