Curd smoothie with raspberries is a good option for breakfast. The theme of summer smoothies made from fruits and berries really caught my attention. I make this healthy drink for breakfast as often as I can. When the raspberries ripened at the dacha, I immediately used some of them to test new recipes, including this smoothie. Perhaps I liked this smoothie even more than all the previous ones, except for the strawberry one - they are about the same level. The combination of soft cottage cheese and raspberries makes this drink not only tasty, but also very nutritious. And for breakfast this becomes a very important aspect.

I love smoothies with berries and fruits) I’ve always made them with milk, and this recipe interested me because of its ingredients. I decided to cook since milk is always on hand. I just replaced the yoghurt with cream. A child picked fresh raspberries. First, I blended the raspberries and sugar with an immersion blender. Then I added soft curd and cream, beat again and voila. A healthy, light, tasty and aromatic drink is ready! The consistency is average, not very liquid, but not thick either. Just right for drinking through a straw. The combination of soft cottage cheese with berries in a smoothie is awesome. The taste is unusually delicate. The smoothie according to this recipe is dietary and nutritious!
