I decided to make sweet pies with apples for my granddaughter by making the dough according to this recipe. Preparing the straight yeast pie dough is simple. Having combined dry yeast, sugar, salt, added warm milk and eggs, then sifted flour, mixed everything first with a spoon, then kneaded the dough with your hands. At the end I added melted margarine and the remaining flour. After that, I sent the dough to proof in a warm oven for 1.5 hours. It turned out soft and obedient in work. I baked pies from it - airy, rich, delicious! I put a little sugar in the dough - 2 tsp, because of this it turned out unsweetened and went very well with the apple filling (I chopped the apples and mixed them with sugar). My granddaughter really liked the pies! Thank you very much!

Excellent straight dough, ready quickly! I blinded it, so to speak, in 15 minutes. Well, then let it suit itself like any yeast dough. For me it sprouted well in about an hour, and the plum pies turned out very tasty.
