Cool recipe. everything is easy and simple, and probably very tasty... I just recently made cottage cheese cookies, they turned out just wonderful... You'll lick your fingers. My family loves baking and that's why I bake often. I’ll try this cookie too... I know for sure, it will be very tasty... and again I’ll hear a lot of compliments addressed to me...

Please tell me, is it possible to replace corn starch with potato starch?

Julia, I think you can replace it or not add it at all. The starch in the dough allows you to retain moisture so that the cookies remain soft inside, so if you wish, you can completely omit the starch, in which case the cookies will simply turn out crumbly.

Thanks for the recipe! Very tasty and aromatic! Only I added a whole egg (not just the white) and tangerine juice to the lemon juice. And I got lemon-tangerine cookies

JULIA, the cookies turned out very beautiful! I’m very glad that everything worked out! I think it turned out even tastier with tangerines, they have a very delicate aroma and taste, I’ll have to try it for myself!
