STEP 1
We take fresh cabbage, smoked sausage cheese, mayonnaise and garlic.
STEP 2
Three smoked sausage cheese on a coarse grater.
STEP 3
Shred the cabbage as thinly as possible.
STEP 4
Mix cabbage with cheese and add mayonnaise, as well as chopped garlic.
STEP 5
Transfer to a salad bowl and leave the mixture in the refrigerator for at least half an hour. The longer you keep the salad in the refrigerator, the better the taste of our smoked cabbage.
STEP 6
The salad is ready. Very tasty salad. Relevant both in winter and summer. A recipe for all occasions.

I've known this salad for a long time. I just cut the cheese with a knife, very, very finely, then carefully separate it with my fingers, so it is better distributed over the cabbage. Very tasty from young cabbage.
