    Peel the potatoes, cut them in half, then each half into 3 or 4 parts

    Cut the peeled pumpkin into arbitrary pieces. Pumpkin cooks faster than potatoes and it is better to cut it larger than potatoes

    Place the vegetables in a bowl, sprinkle with salt, pepper, Provençal herbs and dry garlic. Add vegetable oil and mix well

    Place on a baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees. Cook to desired degree of bakedness. Usually min 40.

Thank you! Very simple and incredibly delicious! Often you want sweet potatoes, but you can’t always find them. Pumpkin adds that same sweetness and goes well with potatoes))
