Potatoes with pumpkin in vegetable oil

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Peel the potatoes, cut them in half, then each half into 3 or 4 parts
STEP 2

Cut the peeled pumpkin into arbitrary pieces. Pumpkin cooks faster than potatoes and it is better to cut it larger than potatoes
STEP 3

Place the vegetables in a bowl, sprinkle with salt, pepper, Provençal herbs and dry garlic. Add vegetable oil and mix well
STEP 4

Place on a baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees. Cook to desired degree of bakedness. Usually min 40.
STEP 5

It can be served with fish, meat, poultry or just with a vegetable salad. Bon appetit!
