In many baked goods they are superior to apples, only hard plums are better to use, not overripe As for peaches, I personally love them fresh, you can try them, of course, but take hard ones too. Margot - I doubt it about strawberries - they give a lot of juice, the pie can float. Of all the strawberry baked goods I have tried, I I was satisfied with only one cupcake, which I bake during the season. Everything else didn’t work out for me. It’s better for me to add fresh strawberries as a layer in a cake or roll, or make cakes.
