Pears in the oven with syrup and nuts
A light and quick fruit dessert with an amazing cinnamon flavor. A very tasty and easy dessert, the preparation of which will not take much of your time. The combination of ripe pears, cinnamon and syrup is simply fantastic; both adults and children will love this treat.
Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 40 mins
STEP 1
Wash, dry and cut two large ripe pears into halves.
STEP 2
Remove the core using a spoon.
STEP 3
Sprinkle the pears with cinnamon.
STEP 4
Place walnut kernels in the middle of each pear and pour syrup over them. You can use any, sugar or jam.
STEP 5
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the pears for 25-30 minutes.
STEP 6
The pears should be completely soft and the nuts should be slightly caramelized. You can add more syrup or cinnamon to the finished dessert, depending on your taste.
