Elenka_M! Thanks for the recipe. What can I say: the cupcake is very good! I recommend it to everyone who loves muffins and the aroma of oatmeal baking! I wanted to post a photo report, but, alas!!! There was nothing really to take a photo of, I missed the right moment, the kid did his best, the older relatives helped... The dough was tender and airy. I didn’t have orange zest at home (I still can’t have it, I’m still on a forced diet), I put cinnamon instead (the aroma was still wonderful). There were also no dried apricots (I put in raisins), which also came in handy. The substitutions were forced, because I very urgently wanted to try this cupcake, but I couldn’t go shopping. I’ll bake your cupcake and then try it strictly according to the recipe!
