I didn't expect it to be so delicious! It is fantastic! Meat is baked in the microwave in a sleeve for only half an hour, and during this time it has time to be completely cooked. It is very similar to boiled pork, especially when cold. It is done very simply and quickly. Try it!

    How to bake meat in the microwave? Prepare your food. I took a kilogram piece of pork neck, but in general, any boneless parts will do, and besides pork, beef. Consider only the size of the microwave, do not take too large pieces. But you don’t need small ones either - when baked, the meat shrinks quite a lot in size.

    Wash the piece of meat and pat it thoroughly on all sides with paper towels. Cover the piece with mustard. I took a sweet one, you can use any other one. Next, rub the meat with salt and dry spices. I use a mixture of sweet paprika, ground black pepper and meat seasoning. Again, what spices you use depends on your preferences.

    Cut a piece from the sleeve so long that it will fit the meat and can be easily tied. Place the meat in the sleeve, tie the ends with knots. Do not use special clamps - they may contain metal elements. Take a microwave-safe baking dish. Place the sleeve with the meat in it, tuck the ends down. Be sure to pierce the sleeve with a toothpick in several places to release steam.

    Place the dish with the meat in the microwave. Set the highest power, for me it is 750W. Cook the meat for 25-35 minutes. The exact time will depend on the features of your microwave and the weight of the meat. Mine baked for 30 minutes. Time and power are approximate! Read about the operation of microwaves in the article at the end of this recipe. Carefully remove the cooked meat, it is very hot. Wait a few minutes, cut the bag and remove a piece.

I was very surprised when I saw the recipe for cooking meat in the microwave. I haven't used this method yet. I decided to try baking a piece of pork chop this way. For the maranade, I used homemade mustard mixed with cucumber brine. Added salt, paprika and curry. Rub the meat thoroughly, massage it and place it in a baking sleeve. I left it on the table for half an hour to marinate the pork better. The power of my microwave is 750 W. Cooked for exactly 30 minutes. When checking, a thin knife easily entered a piece of meat and clear juice flowed out abundantly. Only on top, where there were holes, the meat was slightly baked. Otherwise, the pork turned out juicy, and if you take the neck, it will certainly be soft. We liked the tasty and aromatic meat and made sandwiches with it. Thanks for the recipe!
