Sometimes you want to try something unusual and exotic. Masala tea with milk seemed like an excellent option. I used milk with a fat content of 3.8 percent. I had all the necessary spices except ginger and star anise. I added regular white sugar. The tea turned out very aromatic and spicy. It tastes very contrasting: it has a slight pleasant spiciness, and at the same time it is soft

Thanks for the recipe. Invigorating, warming, aromatic tea. From/in the cold is the best remedy for instant warmth and vigor. I prepared it strictly according to the recipe, observing the proportions. For me, the black pepper is a bit too much; in the future I will reduce the amount of pepper. Otherwise, amazingly delicious tea!
