I’ve heard about such beneficial water for a long time, but I haven’t tried it myself. But I wonder what the taste will be) On my favorite website I found a recipe for lemon-cucumber detox water. Cucumbers, lemon and mint are just in stock, but it’s already a little hot outside. The drink is prepared like homemade lemonade, only without sugar. I washed the ingredients for the drink well, scalded the lemon with boiling water to remove the harmful coating. I have two types of mint: lemon and pepper. I like their combination, both give a pleasant aroma, and the pepper also gives a chill. I couldn’t decide which water to use, filtered or boiled. But following the author’s advice, I chose filtered, I think this is correct) The water was infused in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. The taste surprised me) It turned out that it was very tasty, even without sugar in the composition. The taste is not intrusive, but quite bright. Lemon tastes good, cucumber a little less. And the mint gave its magnificent aroma to the drink and made it very refreshing. In general, this water will now be in our diet all summer) It tastes good, not sour, and quenches thirst well. And even with a detox effect)
