There are indeed a lot of recipes for Korean carrots. I even once saw a recipe in which onions are fried, and then seasoned with the same hot oil. I don’t think it would be very good with something overcooked like this. and here it warms up, but does not boil - it should turn out not bad

It turned out to be a good carrot! And it’s done in 20-25 minutes. My husband doesn’t like Korean carrots, but he ate this one in one sitting.
