Well, with the cakes it turned out that it was not so simple)) The dough turned out to be liquid, maybe that’s why, despite spending 45 minutes in the oven, it was baked somehow doubtfully. The outside of the cake looks normal, but inside it is very wet and did not want to be cut in half. I had to cut each circle separately. Then it was the turn of the cream - it also turned out to be extremely liquid and shamelessly dripped off the dough, but the prune puree, on the contrary, was thick and sticky, I had to apply it with my hands, not with a spoon. And of course, neither the cream nor the nuts stuck properly to the sides of the cakes. In the end, oddly enough, the cakes turned out very good, they were soaked and even kept their shape)) But I wouldn’t mess with them again

Yes, I forgot to say - that large cake in the center of the plate in the photo is scraps of cake mixed with cream and nuts. And one more thing, there is a lot of cream left, about half, of course, there will be a use for it, but in a sense, the translation of products is obtained))
