Hibiscus tonic drink

This wonderful tonic drink will definitely invigorate you! When I was in Egypt, local residents introduced me to this type of tea called hibiscus. It is also known as the “drink of the pharaohs” and is the national drink of Egypt. Any food goes well with it, and its healing effects are amazing. “Sudanese rose” contains a large amount of vitamins. It perfectly quenches thirst in the hot summer, and in winter, on the contrary, it will warm you with its warmth. The culinary recipe for brewing hibiscus, which was told to me in Egypt, is very simple. After enjoying red tea, you can eat hibiscus petals, which contain vitamin C. The second method is hot. Take a glass, pour 2 teaspoons of tea into it, and pour boiling water over it. If necessary, add sugar. But you should remember that when boiled for a long time, hibiscus loses its properties and the tea becomes dirty gray. Cold way. We do the same as with the hot method. Just add pieces of ice to the finished drink. Another cold way. Infuse hibiscus petals for 8 hours in cold water.

Very pleasant and beautifully colored tea. When I was on vacation in Egypt, I drank it cold a lot. My head began to feel dizzy and I felt weak. It turned out that cold hibiscus tea lowers blood pressure, while hot tea increases it. be careful
