Glazed curd cheeses Taste of childhood
Throw your family a little holiday and pamper them with sweet cheeses! The latest in culinary fashion is silicone molds. They are good not only for baking, but also for prepping meals in the freezer. One of these recipes ended up on the packaging of a set of molds. I have loved glazed cheese curds since early childhood; for me they mean a holiday. They have thoroughly established themselves in Russian cuisine over the past few decades and have won the love of all young and adult sweet tooths. Therefore, “Taste of Childhood” was delighted with the molded cheesecakes in chocolate glaze and did not wait for the holiday, preparing them immediately.

Thanks for the recipe, I’ll definitely make some cheesecakes for my son. Otherwise, you want to give your child something tasty and healthy, cheese is just right: it seems sweet, but at the same time it contains healthy cottage cheese, and if you also prepare it yourself, you know for sure that there are no artificial colors or thickeners in it and flavors.

There is no way you can force my child to eat cottage cheese. I really liked this recipe. I cooked it right away. It really turned out very tasty, and most importantly healthy. The child ate it with pleasure.

My children love glazed cheesecakes, so after purchasing silicone molds, I often prepare them with different fillings. You can use it with dried apricots, prunes or raisins. My muffin tins only required 100 g of chocolate per 200 g of cottage cheese. If the molds are more prominent, then you will need more chocolate.

Thanks for the recipe. The most valuable thing about it is that there is a minimum of ingredients, there is no flour or starch, there is no need to boil or beat anything. Cottage cheese, butter, sugar, additions and chocolate. I think it would work with milk chocolate too.
