Fried tomatoes with cheese and garlic
This is a very tasty, spicy, quick and easy snack!!
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

First, let's prepare all the ingredients.

Then cut the tomatoes in half and place them in a preheated frying pan greased with olive oil.
STEP 3

Fry the tomatoes on both sides for 5 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle tomatoes with pepper and salt to taste.
STEP 4

Then chop the parsley and pass the garlic through a press. Sprinkle tomatoes.
STEP 5

Sprinkle cheese on top and sprinkle a little olive oil on top.
