What about peas without heat treatment, i.e. raw?

Holy shit, you can fry the peas. I admit that I like it better fried. My family just loves it raw.

My husband called your salad the king of salads. I didn’t even expect that it was SOOO delicious! The peas added an unusual tenderness to the dish. And the pine nuts - the aroma, mmm I got confused with the crackers. There were only rye houses. In the nearest store there are crackers from the snack section, with chemical seasonings. So I went and bought white bread and made it as you advise. The salad is awesome. Thanks for the recipe.
