STEP 1
How to quite simply prepare and color Easter chicken eggs in a pan with onion peels, which are sure to please everyone without exception? First of all, we prepare the necessary ingredients for preparing Easter chicken eggs according to an old recipe.
STEP 2
Take a suitable large saucepan with a fairly thick bottom; if you don’t have one, place a rag napkin on the bottom of a regular saucepan so that the chicken eggs do not crack during cooking, then put fifty grams of cooked onion peels into it.
STEP 3
Pour about two and a half liters of water into the pan with the onion peels, which should completely cover the peels in the pan, then pour one tablespoon of salt into the pan.
STEP 4
Place the required number of chicken eggs in a common saucepan, which we first remove from the refrigerator and leave at room temperature so that they do not crack during cooking.
STEP 5
Place the pan with the eggs on the stove, which you then turn on to medium heat, then cover the pan with a lid and bring the water to a boil.
STEP 6
Lift and place the eggs in the pan on top of the shells, then cover the pan with a lid and turn the stove to low, then continue to cook the eggs for one hour.
STEP 7
After time has passed, place the cooked and colored boiled eggs in a deep bowl filled with cold water and leave in it until it cools completely.
STEP 8
Wipe cooked and colored chicken eggs with a kitchen napkin, which you dip in vegetable oil, then place them in a container or on a plate and put them in the refrigerator.
