Pies in the oven, smells throughout the entire apartment... while cherry season is here, you need to take advantage of the moment and treat yourself to something delicious. True, it takes a lot of time, two hours were definitely spent, but I think it was worth it.

I really love cherry pies, the season is in full swing, I couldn’t resist making it :) it turned out very tasty, but not enough, I finished all the homemade pies in one sitting, I’ll make them again

And I immediately pour half a teaspoon of starch onto a circle of dough, then put cherries, and half a spoon of sugar on top. It turns out simpler, juicier and sweeter (the sugar does not flow away with the juice). But the pies are wonderful anyway!
