It took me about 1 hour 20-30 minutes to prepare these cutlets. The taste is a little like pizza, very tasty too! I made half the minced meat as in the recipe, and added grated garlic to the second - garlic has a pleasant smell and taste better, probably because I really like spicy dishes.

What are you Alex, well done for showing a good idea, and lais thank you for the interesting recipe. It is interesting that the sausage “holds” the cutlet and the cheese does not melt, but in cross-section it resembles cordon bleu
