Curd dessert with cranberries and poppy seeds
A very tasty dessert with cranberries - for those with a sweet tooth. I had some dried cranberries and a pack of cottage cheese left in the refrigerator. The recipe appeared right on the fly. Dried cranberries can be replaced with fresh berries. The dessert turns out both tasty and beautiful.

Measure out ingredients.
STEP 2

Combine cottage cheese with condensed milk. Stir until smooth.
STEP 3

Divide the curd mass into two equal parts.
STEP 4

Add dried cranberries to one half of the cottage cheese and stir. Stir poppy seeds into the remaining cottage cheese.
STEP 5

Place in glasses in layers: 3-4 tbsp. l. cottage cheese with dried cranberries
