I consider this recipe to be very successful, the casserole turned out to be really very tender and tasty thanks to the presence of only 1 egg and a moderate amount of sugar in this recipe, since more eggs give the baked goods unnecessary density and an undesirable taste, and excess sugar makes them cloying. The only thing I added to this recipe was replacing the butter with a spoonful of sour cream and not brushing the casserole with it before baking. Because I mixed the ingredients in a food processor, I didn't have to strain the curd through a sieve, and I baked in a gel mold that didn't require greasing. Thank you very much for the recipe.

Nice casserole! I’ll make it for my son for breakfast:) But it seems to me that the number of servings in the recipe is not quite correct. It’s written for 12 servings, one serving is 61g. In my opinion, it's a very small portion.
