This hot appetizer is very tasty and looks original on the holiday table, especially if you stick a sandwich skewer or a simple toothpick into each one. Convenient to use and beautiful. I don’t leave the mushroom stems, but chop them finely and add them to the onions for 3 minutes at the end of frying, this makes the minced meat tastier. You can add dill. But I didn’t use prunes, I think this is an interesting idea, it will add a touch of piquancy to the dish.

I shared the photos a long time ago, but I’ll share my impressions now) It turned out VERY tasty) my only disappointment was the fact that the champignons I bought were not small, but when they were cooked, they became tiny..... After that, I tried stuffing raw champignons - a dish to taste is in no way inferior!!! But take less time, and they bake well in the oven) I spent about an hour preparing the dish)
