Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
We prepare all the ingredients we need according to the list; if desired, you can add vanilla (sugar or tincture). Almonds must be peeled. To clean it, soak the nuts in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, drain the water, peel them and dry them a little so that the almonds are not wet.
STEP 2
Mix 100 grams of coconut flakes with powdered sugar and, using a coffee grinder or blender, grind the mixture almost into flour (the finer the crumbs, the more tender the candies will be).
STEP 3
Add mascarpone to coconut crumbs.
STEP 4
Mix thoroughly.
STEP 5
With hands slightly moistened in cold water, we form the candies in the form of cakes, put a nut on each cake and roll the cakes into balls of the size you need - I have medium ones. Roll the finished candies generously in coconut flakes on all sides.
STEP 6
Our sweets are ready. You can serve it to the table! Bon appetit!
