A delicate cake with a wonderful combination of strawberries and mascarpone. And it looks very impressive! Only I was too lazy to whip up the mascarpone cream, and it turned out grainy. But still amazingly delicious! And I don’t recommend eating the cake right after the refrigerator - it’s so cold because of the gelatin. Be patient a little and enjoy.
