Mmm, I love all these soufflés, especially milk ones. Well, I mean, cream is a bit rich for this purpose, in my opinion. And, fortunately, we already have raspberries, so we can cook. Thanks for the recipe. Everything is very accessible and clearly written. Sometimes it’s difficult for me to prepare such desserts; I’m not good with gelatin))
