This mussel recipe is my favorite. I just add a little more parsley to the cheese. Or you can also boil the pasta, then put it on a baking sheet, and put the shells with mussels on top and put them in the oven. It tastes even better this way. You can also not throw away the shells, but use them again, putting mussel meat purchased separately in them
