Please specify what kind of celery - petiole, root? I'm interested in your salad and want to make it. I think that 2 stems are petiolate, or maybe even leafy?

Yesterday I just made a salad, the main ingredients being crab sticks and avocado. I must say that they go together wonderfully!!! The only thing you need to pay attention to when purchasing groceries is that the avocado must be ripe. Otherwise it's a little hard. I was unlucky; I got one that was not ripe. To soften it, I fried it a little and then simmered it in olive oil. It turned out very tasty, it became soft and its taste became brighter.
