Asparagus in Korean
A wonderful savory appetizer that will suit any table! One girl from our course got married in an unusual way. The company had “statistically 9 boys to 10 girls.” One of the guys, a tall, handsome man with an athletic figure, looked like he was smeared with honey, the girls simply swarmed around him. And our little girl, an unprepossessing excellent student, stood on the sidelines and just listened. The guy looked around the table with simple student food, sighed and said that he really loved Korean-style asparagus, and jokingly remarked that if any of the girls knew how to cook it, they would get married without hesitation. What happened next? Nothing special, our quiet one casually noticed that he knew how to cook asparagus the way he liked it. And while the others were luring her with her bare knees, she fed the guy. And he went ahead and married her for real. I offer you a culinary recipe for simple happiness.

Gentlemen!!! We love asparagus very much, your recipe is wonderful, and I personally recommend adding carrots, as well as canned corn. The salad will be very interesting. I was just cooking the other day and would love to share my photos! By the way, you can make another similar and completely different salad with soy mayonnaise, without pepper sauce, it also turns out amazing!!! I’ll be brave enough to add a photo with additional ingredients, since I prepare the salad often, just like you! By the way, everything is very quick in terms of time, about 10 minutes, but I don’t pour boiling water over the asparagus, but leave it in cold water overnight.

But the recipe doesn’t say anything about carrots. Should I add it along with the onion? If you don't have pepper sauce, can you add regular pepper? Or how to make this sauce?
