STEP 1
We will prepare all the products according to the list.
STEP 2
Sort the dried apples, rinse and place in a saucepan or bowl. Boil 1.5 liters of water, pour boiling water over the dried apples. Cover the bowl or pan with a lid and leave for 4 hours.
STEP 3
After infusion, strain the apple broth through cheesecloth or a fine sieve. Squeeze half a lime into the strained broth. You can replace it with half a lemon.
STEP 4
Add honey and stir well. I recommend adding honey to a warm uzvar. If you add it to hot water, it will lose all its beneficial and healing properties.
STEP 5
A healthy and tasty drink is ready. In winter and during colds, it is better to consume it warmed up; in summer, you can cool it in the refrigerator and drink it as a refreshing drink.
