Tessa Fisher

Since childhood, I remember how my grandmother’s kitchen always smelled of cinnamon and fresh baked goods. We gathered with the whole family - laughter, conversations and, of course, delicious food filled the house. Over the years, this passion only strengthened: I began to explore the cuisines of the world, inspired by the flavors of our planet. My goal is to show that cooking is accessible to everyone. You don't need to be a professional chef to create a real masterpiece in your kitchen. I believe that everyone can cook with love and joy, gathering loved ones around the same table.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Universidad de San Francisco de Quito.
