As a child, I always watched with curiosity my grandmother, who prepared recipes that she had memorized, passing on the secrets of the family kitchen with ease and love. Every aroma, every dish brought us together at the table, uniting the family. Traveling gave me inspiration from the diversity of cuisines around the world: from the spicy curries of India to the delicate pastas of the Italian tradition. I believe that cooking is an art that is accessible to everyone. My goal is to share simple and delicious recipes so that everyone can discover the joy of cooking and bonding with loved ones.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Baking at Culinary Arts School of Ontario.
